This modern condo is lined with original artwork (some from Columbia's own Orr Street Studios) and it has an unbeatable central location. It's within walking distance of downtown, the University of Missouri, and famous tourist destinations in the city.

We had a great stay at Nick's condo. It was exactly as listed. The location is great for downtown Columbia and campus. The condo is clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would love to rent again when I visit Columbia for Mizzou events.

The place: Clean Good location But for the stairs the place is well designed and ventilated. Nick is very responsive and cooperative

ModernDowntown is centrally located on Broadway near downtown. Central downtown Columbia is less than a mile away. ModernDowntown is right next to Boone Hospital. Historic 116 acre Stephens Park is visible out the front windows and within walking distance (within 0.5 mile). Scooters Coffee is even closer. Starbucks, Chipotle and Panera are within 1 mile away at Broadway Shops, along with many other popular restaurants. Hyvee Grocery Store is 1.1 miles away. Wal-Mart, Sams and Lowes are within 1.5 miles.
