This rental is nice, clean, and in a great location! The house is located in a pretty, walkable neighborhood that is a quick 10 minute stroll to the lovely Indianapolis Arts Center and a 15 minute stroll from downtown Broadripple. Great walking/running/biking in the area with the Monon and canal trails, too. The house was very comfortable for four adults and has two very large bedrooms. We enjoyed playing ping-pong in the basement and were pleasantly surprised to find a large backyard that was perfect for playing. The house offers two offstreet parking spaces, which was fantastic! Note: the only bathroom is on the second floor. Also, another reviewer mentioned the “screaming“ furnace noise, which we also heard, but if you open the vents, the noise disappears. Justin is a great host with proactive and clear communication. We would definitely rent here again!
