The full kitchen has every appliance thinkable, from coffee makers to sous vide machines. The formal living and dining room (which can seat 6-8 people) both open to an outdoor dining area, fit to seat six more people, over looking the city. In total the house can seat up to 16 people dining comfortably in the warm months. The primary bedroom and bathroom, also on the second level, comes with a remote controlled gas fireplace and sitting area. The primary bedroom includes a private balcony with gas fire pit, highlighting beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain. The downstairs outdoor patio also comes equipped with a gas fire pit and sits 7. The downstairs’ Suite consists of a king sized bed, two nightstands, stand-up dresser and a large closet. It also comes with a Smart TV and sitting area. The West bedroom, also has a king sized bed, two night stands, with a large dresser and closet as well. This room also comes equipped with a Smart TV. The Kid Room has bunk beds, consisting of a twin on top, a full on bottom and another pull-out trundle twin. The kid room can sleep 4. There is a dresser and large walk-in closet. Accommodations include a Smart TV as well as several children books and toys. We also have a pack & play for younger children. In the middle of the house is a three story atrium that has a sitting area at the bottom. Here you will find sitting chairs and a coffee table. The house also is equipped with an exercise room to keep you on your routine. We have neoprene dumbbells in various sizes, a work out bench, step boxes, kettlebells and even a pelaton! There is also a small Smart TV. The fenced back yard is accessible for your dog through our large in-wall dog door located in the downstairs game room. Dogs have access to the fully shaded porch, and entire yard (can be sequestered to just the patio area if desired). In the four car garage, you will find a Tesla charger available for your use. We have also left coolers, bicycles and folding chairs to aid you in any outdoor activities that you may partake in.
