This place was overall ok. Much of the outdoor furniture and the pool itself was in disrepair. The propane tank was rusted to the outdoor grill and the property was surrounded by several dogs that did like one another so it felt unsafe at times The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were dirty and had no water pressure/shampoo and there were not enough towels for 10 guests The host was inflexible with check out time Good general location for going to parts of New Orleans

We had a good time and Patrick was very responsive and helpful. The pool wasn't heating initally, but Patrick was quick to get someone out there to fix it and the rest of the week it worked fine. The neighborhood is noisy and the parking can be difficult on the weekend when the bar across the street is packed. The neighbors are nice, but told us not to walk at night because it wasn't the safest location. We had 4 kids under 13 so it may not be as bad if you have just a group of adults. The house was nice inside and a short drive to downtown so we were close to lots of activites. Overall, our group had a lot of fun visiting New Orleans.

This home is cute and great for a quick getaway with a group! The spacious rooms and bathrooms were clean, bright and open. We really appreciated the ease of check in, Patrick’s communication and the overall amenities. Thanks again!

Fantastic place and great location for anything you wanted to do. Plenty of room for our group. Furnishings and back yard area was great
