Place was nice and we absolutely loved the location of the house. I did not really care for the light switch situation, they were all on the outside of the rooms and just a bit inconvenient for us. The water was luke warm at best which was a little disappointing. Only one person was able to shower and that's not ideal with a family of 5. Overall the stay was good, only nitpicking at little things because its nice to know before hand. Also, was not too excited that we were told no shoes in the house the day we were arriving, and when I asked about it, it was not addressed by the host. That should be on the posting for the house in my opinion.

The good: Will’s place was beautiful, classy, and clean on the main level. He did an EXCELLENT job with supplies. There was an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, detergents, etc. The electronic door entry was great. Convenient to Omaha. The not so good: I asked Will 2 questions: One about the coffee maker prior to our arrival and the other about the dryer/fan and got no response to either. The washer and dryer are in the basement. It was very dirty…animal feces on one side and lots of cobwebs. Some drawers had random papers and trash in them. The kitchen is not well equipped. This may not be a big deal for some people, but I had hoped to make most meals there during our 2 week stay. The basics are provided: pots, pans, dinnerware and flatware. There is a toaster, a microwave, and a utensil set. Water temp was low. We had to turn all the hot water on to get a warm shower. All in all, it provided a convenient place to stay, but wasn’t a great fit for our family.

The home is very comfortable and roomy. The home was clean, but I suggest going during good weather not during a snowstorm. The home is close to restaurants and gas stations parking on the street is cumbersome, but there’s an open lot across the street that I used.
