We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and pretty on the inside. Spacious living area and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. We were here for a girls weekend so when we weren’t out we used the fire pit, cooked in the kitchen and watched movies and it was wonderful. Host gave us nice recommendations, and responded almost immediately if i sent them a message. We didn’t need help or anything but if we did I felt like i would be accommodated. We didn’t mind the bit of a drive to the beach and stuff charleston has to offer, it was a great choice for my group.

Joseph was super responsive, and friendly. The house was clean and as advertised. I understood why he has a section about the neighborhood being safe, as i was a bit surprised to see it looked a bit like low income housing area, but it was very well kept, neighbors were wonderful, it wasn’t noisy at all and the host was great!

This is a great place to stay for spending time in Charleston! We even went up to Congaree National Park one day. The neighborhood may be cause for hesitation, but the neighbors are friendly and it's peaceful and safe in the area. We had no issues. The house is very nice and very clean. Joseph has done a lot of work and is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place as it is just a few minutes drive to everything in Charleston/Mount Pleasant!

My family and I stayed an extended weekend in Charleston and we loved this placed! The location is close enough to downtown Charleston and the beaches that you will have an easy drive back and forth. I prefer to not stay in the busy downtown Charleston area so this was perfect for us! The accommodations were accurately depicted in the pictures. It's an open layout, well decorated, and was clean on our arrival. Joseph was very responsive to anything and everything. From before we checked in, during the stay, and clear checkout instructions, Joseph was on top of it! My son attends college in Charleston so we visit quite frequently. This will be our go to place from now on. Thank you, Joseph, for everything and we will definitely be back.
