Positive points: very good access to public transport silent and quiet environment interesting view to the major Malaysian towers good reactivity of Ayly and good discount for long stay apartment not so small - we staid 5 months in it Negative points: apartment badly maintained in terms of cleanness and equipment at the arrival, the bed was in disorder; AC was not usable because of back residue production (1 week for reparation); fan not working; grill not usable because broken; ironing table with burning sheet; aspirator partly broken (we repair); difficulty to move the kitchen doors; etc. some kitchen equipment is missing such as pans, knives, tea spoons. It was evident that Ayly did not check apartment state before our arrival - We left some equipment we bought because we stayed 5 months.

Nice and clean appartment very close to the LRT station. Amazing value for money and ideal for long-term stay. Ayly is a very caring and reactive host. Every minor inconveniences I had were fixed straight away. I would recommend this appartment to anyone looking for a spacious place on a budget.

This stay was better than I expected. Five stars. Excellent value. Ayly responds to messages quickly. The room is nice; the air-con, shower and bed are all better than average in this part of the world, the location is good because there is a train station right next to the condo and heaps of restaurants and convenience stores right across from the condo. The pool is very nice and the gym is acceptable. I was here for a month and would be more than happy to return in the future. Sadly I was here in the middle of the 'lockdown' so a lot of the nearby stores and restaurants were closed but this is happening all over the world, it is what it is. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had with airBNB . Thanks Ayly :)
