This home was everything we could’ve imagined. It snowed the entire time but that was absolutely perfect for the weekend we were trying to have. The caretaker was very helpful in keeping the porch cleared of snow and bringing wood to keep the fire going inside. Will recommend this home to anyone who wants to visit Denali.

I wasn’t expecting a lot for an off grid stay and rented this primarily for the scenery expecting a more rugged stay… I was wrong! The space was warm and the beds firm and comfy with the softest sheets and comforter. The water may make a little noise when using but it got hot with no issue for the 4 of us. We checked in so late that Jamie even offered us a late checkout, which we utilized to the fullest extent playing in the snow like children. Awesome memories! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful cabin with pristine views, fantastic location and great amenities. We enjoyed our stay as it was a great hub for snowmaching and snowshoeing and quiet nights in front of the fire or playing games with the kids. Jamie was very attentive and a wonderful host. We apppreciate everything!

The cabin was an absolute gem, offering a tranquil escape with plenty of space to unwind. I recommend stopping for supplies in a larger town with a full market, like Wasilla, especially for longer stays. The kitchen was well-equipped with just about everything you could need, including a coffee press for those early morning brews. Doug, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful, even staying up late to ensure we settled in comfortably. Oh my goodness… the views? Simply breathtaking from every angle. Would love to return during the summer to enjoy the lake.

Beautiful location, clean and well stocked. If you have small children, the balisters have huge gaps and the stairs are very steep so may want to stay somewhere else.
