By far, the best Airbnb experience yet! Kevin is quick to respond and answer all inquiries. Kamal, the manager of the property, goes above and beyond at any opportunity, tending to our needs. He is so lovely and welcoming. The space is clean and new. The ceilings are tall and windows are large. It does not feel like you are in a basement at all. Location is perfect, all amenities within 5 min drive. The area is surrounded by beautiful green space and lots of hiking trails. I highly recommend Kevin's place, especially for long term stays. This property truly feels like home!

Kevin was a great host. Very respectful, responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our month long stay. The place was clean and spacious. Towels and other amenities are provided, which is nice. It feels like you are at home and it honestly looks exactly like the photos. However, there are a few things to consider before booking. For example, you cannot control the temperature as it is a basement (even though it was greatly designed so it does not have that basement look or feel to it). For us, the place got cold at times. However, the host does provide extra blankets, so we were able to warm up without any issue. Another important consideration is that since it’s a basement sometimes the unit above can be occupied. At the time of our stay, it was occupied for half the time and we felt that during this time it got noisy from time to time. However, we slept just fine and did not feel bothered. Overall, great stay and recommend to any interested guests. Thanks Kevin!
