It was a hassle-free stay! • Very responsive with my inquiries which helps us decide easier and booked the place same day. • Allowed us to check in early. • Fast internet connection which is a must for my work just bring your own cord. • Priced right. Few mins away from SM. I highly recommend Ms. Arlinda's place if you need a budget friendly stay.

Arlinda's place is very accessible when you are around MOA. There are lots of places for you to explore and very accommodating host is bonus!

I'm very satisfied with the place. Definitely I want to stay again. Very responsive host and very helpful caretaker. She explained how the appliances are working when I checked in. They have free coffee pa. You have a choice to be accommodated with the caretaker or get the key at the mailbox. No hassle. Complete accessories in a home with appliances, tv and refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, you have a choice to cook. They have a very cold aircon to bit the summer heat. Very clean toilet and bath with hot and cold shower (rainshower head) very sosyal. A very comfortable bed. Overall a very nice place to stay. 100% recommended to everyone. Walkable, very near to SM Mall of Asia and IKEA and below the place you can buy groceries and eat they have restaurants. Thank you for a very friendly customer service. I am very satisfied customer.
