Annamaria and Domenico are superb hosts. It was raining on our arrival so he met us outside with an umbrella. There was a fire burning in the wood stove and soft music playing on the stereo, as he gave us a tour and explained all we would need to know during our stay, he then pointed out the homemade Blackberry tart, & cookies left for us by his wife. There were also fresh eggs from their chickens, assorted yogurts, a bottle of his own olive oil , milk, juice, & spices should you want to cook. The panoramic views from the large front windows are nothing short of stunning and a great place to toast the end of a great day. Communication was great throughout our stay via the App, whether letting us know they would be leaving another bag of fire wood outside the door, or asking if we needed anything, because they were going down to the store. You should consider yourselves lucky if your dates are open at this property as these hosts truly treat you as treasured guests during your stay.

Un immense merci à Annamaria et Domenico pour leur accueil exceptionnel! De nombreuses attentions à notre arrivée: gâteaux, tomates séchées du jardin et œufs du poulailler… Tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. Le gîte est tres propre, calme avec une vue panoramique. Le petit poêle en bonus le soir! Des randonnées magnifiques sur les conseils avisés de Domenico. Des échanges tres intéressants avec nos hôtes. Merci!

I would give Annamaria and Dom a 10 if I could! BOOK IT! These are for sure the best air bnb hosts I have ever met. They made our stay so special. They are so warm and welcoming, the house is gorgeous, and anything we asked or needed we got the BEST recommendations for. This is a must if you are looking for a peaceful beautiful place with stunning views and nice things to do around (by car). We wanted a peaceful place not too far from Rome as we were travelling with our daughter and didn't want long drives. We have been to Tuscany in the past and Lazio is great and beautiful too, and the views are stunning as most of the little villages are high up on hills overlooking magical valleys. I can only say nice things about the sweet home that was perfect for us, comfortable and clean and can't write enough good things about these special hosts that are in our hearts. You can really feel they do what they do with love and so much respect, and treated us like family. We will be back!

Tutto come da descrizione e da aspettative. I proprietari, Annamaria e Domenico, persone squisite, estremamente accoglienti, disponibili ed attente ad ogni esigenza. Con grande premura, ma con altrettanta discrezione, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa permettendoci di vivere un'esperienza piacevolissima. Dai sorrisi al nostro arrivo, ai loro prodotti carinamente da subito offertici sino al piccolo tour tra le sculture in legno realizzate da Domenico, vero artista. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita ed arredata con gusto e cura ai dettagli. Bellissima e rilassante l'atmosfera... dal calore della stufa a legna, alla musica soffusa, alla vista sulle colline antistanti dalle ampie vetrate della zona soggiorno, alla zona relax con i tanti libri messi a disposizione...Tutto ci ha permesso di trascorrere momenti magici. Grazie di cuore per questo soggiorno.

After visiting my 40th country late last year and experiencing many 5-star hotels around the world, Annamaria’s casita felt the most like home. The atmosphere was incredible and was refreshing for my young family and I. Annamaria is the best host and will make you feel so comfortable. I could not recommend this place enough, it was simply perfect! Enjoy Italy!
