Villa I, our top left apartment, will take your breath away. The views from both bedrooms and living room are simply gorgeous. The property is surrounded by enchanting flowers, old olive groves and overlooks one of the most captivating views of the Ionian sea Paxos has to offer. Eva’s place is a little slice of heaven! The flat is lovely, clean and peaceful, and we spent many hours by the pool area overlooking the sea. My bedroom was gorgeous with a lovely view. Most of all, Eva is a wonderful host. She made us feel really welcome and gave many good local recommendations, and helped us navigate the island. Thank you for a perfect stay!
Simply perfect. We stayed at the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. The views from the living area and bedrooms are spectacular so we enjoyed meals at home and drinks on the balcony watching the boat traffic out front. Honestly this is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in as Eva has built and maintained a stunning property. Eva was incredibly helpful suggesting walks, restaurants and immediately providing little extras we requested such as beach towels. The walk into town is lovely as it’s only 5 mins and we loved popping across the road to the little beach for a dip in the warm ocean. Paxos is a gem of an island. Our only regret was that we could only stay 5 days!
Villa Avgerini was just the perfect home away from home with the most amazing sea view from our balcony and the pool set in front of drapings of beautiful pink bougainvillea. Eva was the perfect hostess, very organised, friendly and welcoming. The apartment was immaculate and catered for all our needs. The town of Gaios was just 7 minute walk from the Villa which was also right above a lovely little beach with crystal clear waters. Eva was exceptionally helpful in every way, nothing was too much trouble and made our island experiences the best possible with her expert local knowledge. We loved our holiday and can't wait to book again! Thank you Eva for everything!

Tout est parfait : l emplacement à proximité de Gaios et proche de jolies criques tranquilles - les logements spacieux, super bien équipés, décorés avec goût, la piscine avec vue sur la mer - le cadre idyllique - le ménage journalier et surtout l accueil, la bonne humeur et la disponibilité d Eva - tout en restant discrète ! je ne vois qu un seul point négatif : la barre est mise tellement haut que c est dur d aller dans une autre location après !
Eva was the perfect host: friendly, fun, helpful and thoughtful. The apartment was absolutely stunning! We would highly recommend staying here: close to town, the beach and a gorgeous swimming pool. The apartment itself was immaculate.

Villa Avgerini is situated just outside the main town of Gaios which is close enough to enjoy restaurants, shops, bars, and, at the same time, the tranquility of a private property surrounded by olive groves and flowers. Guests have access to many nearby beaches along the coast, and a delicious fish Taverna a few footsteps away from the property.
Villa Avgerini has private parking if you plan on arriving or renting a car but getting around by foot is also very easy. The walk to Gaios is 13 minutes away. There is also a daily bus service and the owner can gladly call a taxi to pick you up in front of the villas.
Of course, bikes, scooters and quads can also be rented on the island.
