Welcome to San Gwann, a vibrant village in Malta with numerous activities and convenient amenities. Our apartments offer a homely experience, providing comfort throughout your stay. With fully equipped kitchens, prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy restful sleep in air-conditioned rooms, and cherish moments on the balcony. Whether a romantic getaway or family vacation, create unforgettable memories. We're always available to ensure a seamless experience. The apartment is on the second floor. As you exit the elevator you take a left and the apartment is situated on the right hand side of the corridor. Once you enter you are welcomed by an entrance hall with adjacent access to the main bathroom. A corridor will take you through and Infront the main bedroom towards the open plan (kitchen/living/dining) combined area with direct access to your own private balcony. No spaces in this unit are shared. All the area is private for your pleasure.

La casa di Bert è posizionata in un quartiere molto tranquillo, in una posizione centrale di Malta equidistante da tutte le zone dell'isola. Per chi noleggia una macchina, c'è molta possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto comoda e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. La comunicazione con Bert è stata ineccepibile, è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie al check in, check out e preziosi suggerimenti sui posti della zona. Se tornerò a Malta sicuramente saprò a chi rivolgermi.

Overall good place to stay. Clean apartment with everything you need. Great comunication with host, easy check in and out. Some cons are: -thin walls; -for us mattress could be better. We liked thad Lidl and bus stops was a few steps away🤩 and we felt safe in this area.

The neighborhood is most of all very safe and family friendly. There is a park 2 minutes walk. All amenities are surrounding this property which include but not limited to - banks, atm's, local butchers, groceries, there is also a Lidl just around the corner, a frozen food shop just beneath the building, a christian-catholic church literally on the same street and there is also some pubs and dining places which are very well priced and serve good food.
