Nice place. Clean and tidy. The decoration was done with someone who knows their job, excellent taste. I really like it a lot. Also, it is a very quiet area. Within a short walking distance there are certain numbers of shops, groceries and restaurants. Close to the centre of the city. Only thing I didn't like, as minor stuff, is the lack of terrestrial TV channels. Netflix is there. Someone said here, no wine opener, it's still as is, really no wine opener (thanks to the guy below in the groceries shop, he borrowed us). I will come back for sure, it's my recommendation for anyone, worth each penny. The place has enough space for two people. Michael was extremely helpful, we had Netflix issues with access, and he fixed the problem, even though it was a bit late in the evening. Thanks a lot ! See you again.
Great place! Very spacious, stylish and clean! Also quiet! Instructions for getting in are a little complicated, but we ordered an airport transfer with company they recommended, and the driver knew exactly where the apartment was and walked us there which was very nice. Overall we had a great stay! The apartment is much nicer than other ones we stayed at. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. Neat and clean. We liked it there. A few improvements can be made but nothing much to complain about. Kitchen was good but could be made a little better. Lacked basic necessities like a wine opener (we were so disappointed). Overall a nice place to stay and explore Yerevan.
