The house is very nice, peaceful and spacious located near a broken down area taking away from the Islamabad feel. It is about 10 mins walk from the main markets and very far from all tourist attraction. A few matters: 1. This is a guest house with multiple floors, and the listing here is for the basement. (not ground floor as stated by the manager) 2. The place is managed by staff that unfamiliar with the correct manner of doing things or that which is asked of them. Since the owner is never available, things are done in the most cheap and inadequate manner to save the owner's funds. This loyalty is also seen when the staff would blame us for that which we are pointing out. So, when my mother got stuck in the bathroom due to mechanical failure in the door, we were forced to check online and use a wire to open it: The staff was not available to help and blaming us upon arrival. 3. Many shared amenities (like toaster, iron, iron stand, etc.) 4. Water outage daily 5. Many leaking pipes

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I give it a well-deserved 5-star rating!

A friendly host. The property is also well maintained. Had everything of daily needs, including towel, linen, extra mattresses, bathroom amenities and kitchen daily use items.

We booked the lower ground floor for 5 days and I could not be happier with the space and service. Asad and team was the easiest and most cooperative property manager with fluent english that understands the needs of foreigners. filtered hot/cold water dispenser, AC/Heaters, Wifi, spotless linen, spotless washrooms, cleaning service as needed and hot and cold water in the washrooms It was also really easy and seamless! Take my word for it, book this space.

Stayed there for 5 nights and found the host very responsive and pro-active. The place was very clean with a spacious bedroom but the bathroom was quite small.
