my family and I just ended a month stay at Rover's apt in NYC. We had a great stay and look forward to returning. The apartment is as described and matched our requirements very well. It's very quiet and peaceful inside with light coming from the outside into the rooms. The neighborhood is amazing with lots to do, etc and shop groceries are right around the corner. Great stay, great host.
Nice service by the management. Clean apartment although hard to access. Very small entrance, with only one very small and old elevator. Apartment was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures and quite expensive given the price. No ability to have natural air in the apartment. Opening the windows let in significant hot restaurant fumes that made me sick after only a few hours. Only option for air is the air conditioning which works but not a 24/7 solution.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in an ambiance of warmth, comfort, and attention to detail. We loved the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. The hosts had clearly taken great care to ensure that every corner of the space was immaculate. It was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were their top priority. It was a true haven of tranquility. It was perfect for my family's needs. Location-wise, this Airbnb was a hidden gem. Situated in a convenient part of the city near VERY near the basics transportation, both train and bus, restaurants downstairs, 2 blocks away a supermarket, and a pharmacy at the very corner of the building, it offered both serenity and easy access. Everything was conveniently within reach.
