房东反应及时，消息回复很快，态度不错。房屋电梯有点小，只能一个人，两个人会有点拥挤。但是房子入住体验感不错，设施齐全。步行去到市中心繁华的地方只需要10分钟，地理位置很不错👍

Location is super 100% Clean appartment that had towels blanket fire place and hot tube altho we did not use any. Room size was perfect. Bathroom is a bit small esp shower box I think it is 90cm and the door slides but doesnt go to the end so it opens maybe 40cm? Which is tight I had to squeeze myself to get in. Only the bidet did not work for me but I have used bottle and the toielt is already near the sink. So sad that I did not see the slipper for four days only the last night I saw it I would recommend putting it outside or mentioning it along with other things too. Location is super. Its mints walking from all shops. Cafes resturant and supermarket. Host was responding so fast and helped us when we faced an issue with the lock of the door. Highly recommended. One point the elevator is tiny and the steps after that needs able people so ask for photos if in doubt. Host is amazingly supportive.

This is the perfect place to explore all the sites of Rome. Everything is as described. There is an elevator to bring your bags up to the apartment, but be aware there are five steep steps after the elevator to the entrance. My 75 year old father had some difficulty with the stairs. Otherwise everything was great!

My first time in Rome , so I’m Super happy to have found this apartment as the location was fantastic, walking distance to all the main sights, shops , restaurants, easy to get Ubers if needed , the apartment itself was lovely as described, clean with modern amenities, bonus points for jacuzzi bath my daughter made good use of it … communication and instructions were clear and concise. You’ll get fit going up and down the stairs for sure as lift is very small , we used it just to send up the suitcases else you will struggle with large cases …We had evening flight and had no where to store luggage and didn’t want to drag cases around cobbled street, due to next guests arriving we were unable to leave them for long at flat , luckily we did manage to find local coffee shops who will hold your luggage for as little as 5 euros a case until we were ready to fly , download the app Bounce and book in advance for anyone needing this service which I found myself … overall happy with everything
