It wasn't clear when booking the room at Crown Metropol that we were going through a third party (the host). The host checked in for us prior to us arriving which caused some issues identifying him and getting the key to the room. Booking hotel restaurants was also an issue as the room was under their name and the Hotel was unaware of us staying, though I was named on the booking, but not my husband. This caused us some anxiety when we spoke to the hotel as we thought we had been scammed. However, aside from those few issues, the room at Crown was brilliant. If we had been aware that the booking was under the Hosts' name upfront with some instructions on how to navigate the situation, it would have been a lot better. The host took our feedback very well and paid for the parking to compensate us. All in all, it was a very good stay.
