Few things that made our stay not pleasant: 1. The place is too small for 9 people inside the house. the living room felt very cramped and the bedroom only had 1 queen bed. everyone else slept on the floor. The place may only be good for 4 or 5 people max. 2. Make sure to read the house rules of this place because there are extra charges written there. alcohol corkage, cleaning fees, extra mattress and bed sheet fee, etc. 3. The location of the place on Airbnb is NOT correct. Do not follow it. We spent a significant amount of time trying to look for the place only to find out the pin on Airbnb is wrong and you should just search "hidden haven" on Waze. 4. The stairs is too steep. kids might fall off if they're not careful. Also not recommended for old people. Overall, I would not recommend this place for the price. There are better places for cheaper.

Good price for what you get. Location was a bit too far from Subic city center and wasn’t that scenic.

Entire villa is new including pieces of furniture, the pool is very nice. They have a pool boy, housekeeper and guard who takes care of the villas. There's a new mini fridge and one burner induction cooker. Just bring plates, spoon/fork, glasses, towels and toiletries.

Very clean and nice but lacking of some necessities like we were given only one bath towel and the rest are all like hand towels (quite small for drying an adult body) as we are 2 adults and 2 children. Also lacking is a tissue paper which is also one of the top necessities in a accommodation and lastly we find the floor quite slippery especially for young children but other than that I find the place very clean and cozy

The location is a bit hard to get to. There are also some missing amenities like toilet paper and dish soap. Despite all of these, my friends and I enjoyed our stay! We would also like to commend the caretakers for helping us set up the fire for the grill.
