Gene and Sasha were wonderful hosts with extra touches to make our stay warm and welcoming. The place was within 10 minutes of the beach and John’s Pass. The neighborhood was quiet and water pressure was amazing (a rain shower head would’ve made it perfect)!
My friends and I had a great stay here! We spent many an hour on the Pickleball court and made great use of the amenities (beach chairs, yard games, playing cards, multiple TVs, etc.). The house was very clean and well maintained with pristine appliances. With 8 guys staying here, we never felt cramped and the beds were fantastic. If you're planning a get together/reunion, this is the spot and a great home base to go and do fun activities. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to coworkers and friends.
Definitely a steal considering the price! My group of friends & I were pleasantly surprised to see that the home looked exactly like the photos and felt so nice and clean! The hosts were extremely nice and very responsive! We are very pleased with our experience! Will definitely be booking again soon! 🩵
Gene and Sasha’s place was really fun! They have such a beautiful place with an amazing backyard. A professional grade pickleball court- we had nothing but a delightful time. I reached out a few times just to touch base and they were incredibly responsive. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were clean and spacious. Updated and plenty or amenities! . I hope you get the opportunity to stay here in this beautiful home right by the beach for your trip!
A perfect vacation for Grandparents, Kids and Grandkids! Everything we needed plus more! Pickleball court was the icing on the cake for this Pickleball loving family! The bedroom arrangements were perfect, and Gene and Sasha were amazing hosts, quickly responding to questions. Everything we needed, including all the beach equipment we so appreciated! The outdoor movie set up was a treat for the kids especially! Great location! Highly recommend for any group!

We originate from CA and our love of the beach life brought us to Florida with our 2 daughters. We spend our free time exploring new restaurants and everything FL has to offer. In our travels we’ve learned a home base can set the tone for an entire vacation. With this in mind we aim to curate experiences which enable you to make memories with your loved ones. We enjoyed our journey designing the homes and we’re excited to share them with you!
