In spite of some glitches, the host was responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed the place.

The place was fine. The kitchen was a little dusty, but rest of house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was extremely rude after check out. I will not rent from this host again.

I booked Shawna’s house but I mixed up the dates. I accidentally put Thursday but was headed there Wednesday (had a senior moment). But I had texted her and said I would be there that night (Wednesday). She never texted back to question the date although she said she saw that I said we were on our way. We got instructions, went in the house and dropped luggage. We headed to dinner. I start getting text that asked if that was me at the house. Before I could respond she said her husband was coming “with guns blazing”. She said I didn’t pay for that night so I looked and realized I put the wrong date on Airbnb. I apologized many times and told her it was a mistake. I said I could add that night to my reservation or just leave and get a hotel for that night. Her response was “this is not ok”. I couldn’t apologize any more than I did or offer any more solutions than I did. She was not understanding at all!! I agree I made the mistake but accidents happen, she didn’t seem to see it that way

It was very clean and tidy. Very colorful. Well stocked on towels. One night one of the neighbor's dogs had gotten out of the back yard and barked right outside the front door for over 30 minutes. But the house is well kept and cute.
