Balcón de la Espasa is a cozy property that can accommodate up to eight people, perfect for disconnecting from the routine and relaxing while enjoying the wonders offered by the natural surroundings of the house. Upon entering, you will find a spacious and bright living room with large windows that offer magnificent views of the Cantabrian Sea and the Sueve Mountains. The living room, kitchen, and dining area form a single common space where you can share meals, conversations, and leisure moments with family or friends. The decoration of this space is fresh and modern, with bright colors and nautical touches to create an elegant beach atmosphere. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with all the amenities to make you feel at home: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, and all the kitchenware you may need. The pleasant indoor dining area will be the place to enjoy long conversations after meals, but if you wish, you can access the fantastic exterior glazed terrace, which allows you to enjoy the garden and the incredible views of the sea and the mountains in any season of the year. In the living room, you have areas for both relaxation where you can enjoy a good book, and for leisure with a spacious and comfortable sofa area, a large Smart TV, and board games for the little ones. On this same floor, you will also find a small and elegant guest bathroom. A staircase provides access to the upper floor where you'll find the four spacious bedrooms, designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The new beds are extremely comfortable, furnished with high-quality linens. Additionally, there are roomy closets to store your belongings. With a carefully curated and stylish bohemian decor, they also feature large windows that allow natural light and the sea breeze to flow in, creating a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, making them the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day of beach and adventures. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the other two each consist of two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own complete private bathroom within the room, with modern decor and lighting, and equipped with all the necessary amenities like towels, a hairdryer, and modern rain or hydro-massage showers – the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. To make your stay more convenient if you are traveling with babies or young children, we provide cribs with sheets, bathtub, towels, and high chairs, all at your disposal.
