Hey! Its me JackSun! I am a professional Airbnb host with thousands of reviews, This is my 2nd Profile. Featuring Ithacas favorite listings. Started airbnb in my parents house, back in 2K17 , as way to rented out my brothers rooms, while they were in College. Fast forward now , I have several more listings now! Me JackSun 90s Kid , my family: Dad is Handyman, brothers help with cleaning and changeover. Mom complains, and makes sure everything is done correctly. I mean Quality control. Cat that host and sometimes lead you to your room, in exchange for treats. For the most part, we provided the best prices on either private rooms, or entire place listings. We manage own renovated 6 houses all with multiple listings and lakehouse/Cottage All our contractors or helpers are compensate at minimum $25/hr . For someone who work at Burger King, Moes, Then starbucks, I feel thats something I can do, while not trying to make someone pay half a weeks pay for 1 night stay!
