Graedon是一位非常好的房东，在入住之前就和我们耐心的沟通，了解和满足我们的需求。管理员Susan在入住期间帮了我们很多忙，比如打车从机场过去的时候帮忙和司机确认位置，我们离开的一天还帮我们延长到了下午才check out。Ar负责每隔一天打扫一次屋子，特别是厨房的打扫帮助我们省去很多时间。整个房子设施很好，泳池的环境视野非常棒；有一点点不足是空调有时候有些吵，另外院子是小山坡上建的，里面有个小缆车，晚上经过的时候会吵一下，睡眠不好的朋友们请注意。总之我们在这里住了五天非常满意，以后还会来住

Suan welcomed us as soon as we reached the place … The place is very easy to locate.. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful environment away from all the noise and party, this is the perfect place. The house very clean and equipped. You need to use two lifts to reach the house. We were a family of 4 and an infant with us.. Stay was perfect for us.. looking forward to visiting again

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Kata Noi beach, convenience store and great restaurant close by. Quiet place with a nice pool to hang out during the day, the view on the beach was great. 20 minutes tuk tuk ride from Patong street if you want to experience Thailand typical nightlife. Owner is living in Australia and it was hard to get in, the host was not responsive and it took us 40 minutes to finally cross path with an employee of the complex that got us in. I recommend that you make arrangement ahead of time with the owner and stick to it. You need to meet the maid in order to get in. The place itself was great except that the AC of the rooms were down. Owner was open to give us a late check-out to compensate. Overall, good experience

Great place to stay with comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. The space was roomy and relaxing, and best of all, it's close to the best beach in Phuket. We all enjoyed Kata Noi beach and would stay at Graedon's place for comfort and proximity to the beach. Most restaurants were farther away, so ordering from Grab was a lifesaver, more food and price options.
