Javid was an excellent host actively working to remodel and add on to the Estate. We rented a car with help from Javid. I would not recommend staying here if you plan to walk to the beach or restaurants...as it was an 8-minute drive. Javid is available to drive guests, no problem :) Some of the things we would typically expect to see to accommodate a week stay were not yet available. Coffee maker, kitchen bowls, extra silverware, food containers, dish cloths/towels, bathroom hand towels & washcloths, beach/pool towels. Our group of 4 shared an apartment & studio, so when we learned our apartment microwave didn't work, we moved a smaller one from the studio. EVERYTHING we asked for was quickly provided (bland new)! Honestly, Javid & Nel were super hosts. Javid picked up 2 cases local priced beer & provided us w/cooler when we learned they are sold individually. I would stay at the estate again! Apartment accommodations were perfect. The Studio seemed to have issues with Air & Hot water.

We had a great 10 days at Javid’s place! The apartment was bigger than we expected and it was very clean. The apartments are nestled in the rainforest/next to waterfall and have a pool and outside patios areas. It is a very short drive outside of Soufrière. Would be a little bit of a walk which we were happy to attempt once but Javid ended up giving us a lift. The road is dark and windy so wouldn’t be ideal to walk at night! Javid was a very helpful host. He was very keen to show us around the local area and he kindly gave us lifts to dinner a few nights. The first night he took us to a locals spot for food and drinks. We had a wonderful welcome to St Lucia the first morning when Javid surprised us with local St Lucian breakfast!

Beautiful location right next to the waterfall. Very clean except for a bit of debris on the dishes. No shampoo or body wash. Javid is so responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had transportation lined up.

My mom and I loved staying at Javid’s place, I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this experience was one of my best. The view was amazing, having that running river behind the amazing pool was stunning. The Airbnb is also located right across from the beautiful waterfall and it was so easy to go over and spend the afternoon there. Since we didn’t drive Javid had agreed to help us get around the town which he did and we never felt like a bother asking for a ride. The apartment was quiet, clean, spacious and private just like we wanted. I would suggest driving if you stayed here and wanted to tour the city more but other than that we would 100% come back to st. Lucia just to stay here. Thanks to Javid and his team for making this trip amazing.
