The good: the interior of the home has a nice feel to it, it’s well laid out and has plenty of room. The updates are tasteful and make the house feel inviting. The home is located just a short drive to JBSH and to downtown San Antonio which was helpful. The rest: the neighborhood is very run down, it’s not unsafe by any means, but it is old and dilapidated. The yard here was quite overgrown and there was excessive dog mess throughout the front yard and walkway from neighborhood dogs. The tankless hot water heater failed during our stay and we spent the first two days with cold water. The host was responsive to this and had repair folks out to look at it and then replace it but we had to deal with them at the house until 9pm on a Friday. The house is not well stocked for the needs of a family (4 total coat hangers in the entire house) and the shower heads and sinks were all clogged so we had very minimal water pressure.

Wonderful stay! Such a gorgeous Airbnb. Only 6 minutes from the river walk!

This house was so nice. It was comfortable with lots of room and clean. The shower heads had build up on them but once cleaned they worked great. One of the front steps was loose with a nail sticking out, still usable but not the safest with a small child around. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful home, felt cozy once coming inside, spacious restroom, enough space to have a group of friends and everything is nearby the place
