This was a perfect weekend for a city life getaway!! Great location with so much to do. The building and room is secure. It has a feeling that it’s your very own place. Best part about Kinn guesthouse is the first floor is dog friendly!! It’s clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly, easy-going. We loved everything about this stay and plan to be back in the future!

The room was absolutely amazing : high roof, big room, nice decoration, comfortable bed and a big and comfortable area out of the room with kitchen, sofa, table… 3 minutes walking to the main places of the town. I can definitely recommend this wonderful place !

I traveled to the Kinn Guesthouse Downtown Milwaukee with two friends for a weekend trip. We had a fabulous time! The Guesthouse is such a unique experience. Each floor (except the first floor, which is pet friendly) features a beautiful common area that the 9 rooms on the floor share. The common space includes a stunning fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a living room, dining room and seating around a fireplace. Some nice touches include the Nespresso machine, bottles of wine and fresh pastries each morning. During our weekend the Guesthouse was sold out and we only saw a few people from our floor. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The general manager was very friendly and available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again!
