It was a really nice spot to stay. Comfy and convenient. There is a house manager (i believe that is what he is) super nice and always available. Left toiletries, towels & snacks which was super nice. The decor was very cute. We had to drive about 20 minutes to the good cheesesteaks and the rocky statue which was not bad at all. The Zoo is about 10 minutes away. I would stay again if i want another night in Philadelphia.

Such a steal for what you are getting. Area is nice and so are the people. Definitely recommend staying here!

AMAZING service from Demarcus! Little goodies given to us that we definitely munched on at the concert. Clean space, room was small but perfect for 1 night stay. The graffiti art was super cute in our photos! We didn’t realize the place housed people who live their all the time so that threw us off a bit but everyone was very friendly and polite! Don’t bring a suitcase tho because those steps are hard to get up! I learned the hard way being on the 3rd floor. We booked the Airbnb for a concert at the Mann and while it does state it’s walking distance (about 20 minutes) I would NOT walk back in the dark, the area is NOT safe for solo gals. I’m not even sure we woulda walked if it was just my fiancé and I either. On the way their we were harassed by a man who took photos of us after we requested him not too, got honked at by cars and catcalled. But hey, it’s Philly? You gotta be smart! Definitely Uber or Lyft all the time or just after dark and be aware of your surroundings!
