This place was definitely a gem! We were within walking distance of so many restaurants, bars, and shops that we never needed to leave the area. When we did leave, Uber was inexpensive and was able to pick us up with no problem! Juan was super helpful, proactive and responsive, making sure we arrived safely and got checked in with no issues! I highly recommend Juan's place, the area and any of the restaurants you patronize around the residence. From the airport, I was already looking for a flight to return sooner than later! One thing though, there were no wash clothes. So bring some from home if you use them.

This place has been nicely renewed and looks good! I forgot the name of the guy from Nicaragua who works at the reception, he is great! Very patient and helpful! Internet works well, AC works well and they are very quiet, specially the one in the bedroom. A nice touch was to have ear plugs on the bedroom, the place is quiet, but if your travelling companion snores it can be useful :) My recommendation is to look well where you are during the day if you want to walk back in the evening as it can be challenging the first time. The pool is small but it is a nice outside area to relax.

Juan was very responsive both before and during our stay. The place was cozy and looked exactly like the pictures. The inside of the building was beautiful and the receptionists at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. The building itself is pretty easy to find and located in Casco Viejo so the surroundings are exactly as one would expect, but the building and the apartment itself was beautiful and very modern. The apartment also had simple small touches that we really appreciated. My fiancé and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Juan!
