A TV room with a pull down futon sofa bed with bedding and pillows available for this room too. Automatically controlled temperature AC/Furnace. Additional cozy and romantic fireplaces. Perfect little-secret suite.

Great spot, stairs were good for our friend who had a broken leg (shorter than normal height of steps), very clean, hot plates instead of stove was nice. No complaints, definitely recommend !

I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. The host is very friendly and nice. Their place is spotless and everything looks and feels gorgeous and new. I’m very happy and would love to come back. They definitely exceeded my expectations.
Was there 5 nights. Host was very responsive and helpful. Daniel came over to help when I had a problem figuring out the tv and set it up for me. My lack of technical ability! Very clean and private. Beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely return and recommend. Overall very positive.

The closest beach is in Port Stanley which is 15 minutes drive from The Cozy and Modern Suite.
Parks with natural paths for hiking, like Pinafore Park, Waterworks and Springwater are within a radius of an 8-10 minute drive.
