The space opens up to a wrap around balcony with panoramic views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and Tintamarre. The unit has 3 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower, the 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. These 2 bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with walk in rain shower. The stunning infinity pool is a shared space with 15 other condos within the small complex. The pool has a beach entry with shallow area for lounging or splashing around, a jacuzzi style seating area as well as a deeper end for swimming. The pool deck offers lounge chairs and amazing ocean views. Most days you can even see St Barths! The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an island/breakfast bar, a double door fridge with ice & water dispensers , an electric range with oven, an over the range microwave, Nespresso Machine, blender, toaster and American coffee maker. Being in a residential area you will 100% need to rent a car. You can expect to drive a minimum of 20 min to get to a main town area.
