Important to me that people can trust my reviews so I won’t overstate any element of the experience, but we can honestly say that the property mgmnt co tried very hard when presented an issue to resolve. That’s really important. As for the space: it LOOKS like the photos and the bathroom is exceptionally good. New appliances in the kitchen. Nothing but knives and utensils in the way of tools for food prep. Good water pressure and better than average towels. The corner and 2nd floor location, it should be noted, is lit by street lamps for the many, many pedestrians who are late nighters. Easy walk to overground. Not bad walk to tube. Rough high street. We brought items to their attention and they suggest they are improving them for future guests.

While this place is in a new apartment that is in a very convenient location to get anywhere in London, the room leaves much to be desired. Firstly, the host advertises the availability of wardrobes, but these wardrobes were full of dirty clothes and shoes. So for what was over a week’s stay we ended up keeping our stuff in our luggages. Another major issue was that my wife and I got constant allergic reactions upon entering the room, as the owners have two cats, something that we learnt from their neighbor and the cat net in the balcony. This should definitely be mentioned before booking. Lastly, at the point of booking, the availability of a baby cot was advertised and while the team did their best to bring one over, they didn’t have a mattress and when asked about its size, they told us the wrong size. We had to pay for an entire luggage just for a mattress that didn’t fit and to make it worse, the cot was broken on its sides. Major improvements are needed.

Really recommend staying at Tim Pass The Keys’s Airbnb. The place is as described. Really clean and you’ll have all you need for your stay. The staff is super responsive and they even accepted accommodating us with our luggage before the time of the check-in. Thanks again !
