Lovely house in peaceful surroundings. A great base for a trip to the Cotswolds! Thank you for being a great host, see you again.
Great stay! We loved having private parking at the house since we rented a car but there are walkable attractions such as a 5 min walk to a fantastic large playground called Memorial Playing Field that has plenty of equipment and has a separate large, flat, mowed field with two nets to play soccer, all of which were perfect for our 3 kids ages 8.5yrs to 3yrs. The host had great recommendations and we went to two - The Chequers in Chipping North and The Swan Inn that’s a 5min walk from the house and both restaurants were absolutely delicious - our favorites from our 2 week trip in England! The sheets were crisp and clean and beds had thick comforters. The oversized bathtubs and some of the bathrooms look new so that was really nice! The house came with a few small generic tubes of shampoo and body wash but we ended up using our own so you might want to consider packing your own if you have a preference. Overall, really lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Lovely spacious, elegant house which was very comfortable for a weekend away. It was very well equipped and had plenty of books etc. High quality bedding and towels. It was cold weather when we arrived, the house quickly warmed up when we switched the heating on and made use of the log burners which were very efficient and easy to use. A very convivial place for gatherings of family or friends - thank you for the bottle of bubbly! Would happily return. Couple of minor observations. If following satnav, be aware the property is at the station end of London Lane. Also, the drive is plenty big enough for 2 medium/large cars, but if parking 3 vehicles, all 3 would need to be small.
