The best communication beween me and the host was when i booked the place. After that it was a bit complicated. The host's ground team was incompetent. This place is on the top floor of an existing house, the lower portion had people living there. The host had provided a number to ring to check-in; which was turned off. Several calls to that number were unsuccessful. The ground team gave me a number, which again was turned off and calls were unsuccessful. The caretaker number was reachable but with several attempts. All in all, the ground team was incompetent in that sense. Bathrooms didnot have soap, when asked the ground team said they will get it but never did. Power went out an hour after we checked in, no back up generator in place. They said that power should be back in half an hour but was not restored untill an hour and a half. I felt its unacceptable for a guest to wait long and make multiple requests, so cancelled and got another airbnb . I would AVOID if I can.

For an overnight stay, the place was well-presented and economical. Faisal was very engaging and responded to all queries quickly and with courtesy. Highly-recommend to anyone staying a couple of days.
