Adam is a great host. We were attending a class for 12 days, and cooking meals at home. The place was great for that. Located right across from the grocery store as well. We are both sensitive to smells and there was a lot of Febreeze. We rewashed sheets and towels and aired it out. Everything else was great.

Clean and spacious condo two blocks from the beach. Next to grocery store. Easy parking on premises.

It was an amazing stay until it wasn’t, my girlfriend and I were woken up in the middle of the night to a smoke filled room coming from a fire on the floor below us. Luckily I woke up out of my sleep to smell the burning otherwise I don’t know what could have happened. There was NO smoke detector nor fire alarm within our space. The only reason we knew the floor below us was on fire was due to flashing fire truck lights, a hazy smoked filled room, and a very quiet alarm within the hallway. We had to leave our space from 12:30-1:30am and came back to an all clear just to not be able to sleep due to the smell of the fumes from the fire. The place was very well maintained and otherwise a nice spot. Just am a little scared for the safety of its future guests. Would recommend having the proper equipment to detect CO2 or a Fire installed within the space because its nothing but a hazard.
