Nice, clean, functional sleeping space. Shower wasn't warm unfortunately.

Steve gave us a very warm welcome , very nice and friendly chap. No issue at all. Was exactedly what we wanted, it was even warm inside overnight (Easter weekend) with nice warm duvets. Have turned the heater on only for an hour in the morning. The surrounding is very quiet peaceful place, well looked after lawns and garden. Maybe the cleaning migt be more thorough in the bathroom but considering Steve's age we totally understand that. Very enjoyable stay would return the next time.

We had a great stay at Steve's place and appreciated that we were able to make a light meal in the kitchenette. Steve also gave us some recommendations for Rotorua. We were a group of 3 and there were sufficient sheets in the room for us to set up the third bed.
