Dhameer’s place was located conveniently right in the heart of Wilmington. Delicious restaurants and numerous entertainment options were located within half-a-mile. If could not find something there, then there was guarantee to be something within 2 miles. The use of the parking garage was an added bonus to the stay. Also, for any runners/walkers, the Northern Delaware Greenway Trail is located 0.6 miles from the front door, and it offers some of the most beautiful scenic views up and down the Brandywine Creek. Very comfortable stay and it will definitely be my place to stay if I am ever back in this area. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and nice. The area was quiet during certain times. Free parking always available and it’s walking distance. Good restaurants around the area! 10/10 stay and I would recommend it !!!

This is a solid spot to crash for a few days! Everything was awesome. My only complaint is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs but other then that, everything was wonderful

Enjoyed a quick stay at Dhameer’s listing, the condo was very clean and easy to find. He was very response and we would stay again!
