This is a beautiful home away from home with great amenities - pool, outdoor entertainment area including fire pit. Large kitchen and relaxing family room to entertain and catch up with friends. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to FAMU and FSU. Great spot for college football weekends and homecoming. The host provides welcoming hospitality like no other. Karen is very friendly, responsive, and professional. She treats you like a friend and ensures you have everything needed for a perfect trip. This is the second time I have stayed at Karen's home, looking forward to coming back again!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and welcoming home. We were in town for homecoming and the location is convenient to both universities - Florida A&M and FSU. The home accommodated five ladies without a problem. We had plenty of room without feeling cramped or crowded. The interior and exterior are exactly as described - cute, quaint, spacious, and inviting. Karen was very personable and responsive with her communication prior to arrival and during our stay. She made us feel at home and provided some extra goodies for our enjoyment. I would recommend this home and working with Karen.

Great size house for a large group. We had 8 people total and there was ample sleeping space and bedrooms. Lovely backyard with fire pit (already set up by the owner), huge pool, and patio with grill to use for cooking. Nice size kitchen as well for cooking. Only downfall if I had to put one is one and a half baths. That's hard for a large group, but still manageable! Definitely recommend this great house and great location especially if you are in town to visit At FSU!

Our hosts were welcoming and kind and helped us understand the house, the rules, and the amenities. The location was great for us and the house was very comfortable. They are remodeling which we knew so one bathroom was not completed (the hurricane had just come through) but even with the 5 of us in the house, we had no problems with the 1.5 baths. The hosts provided amenities we had not expected and the house was clean with everything needed available. I would recommend this house for anyone needing to be in the area and we would return. Our hosts were very accommodating even setting up a fire in the pit outside and having towels ready for the pool!
