The apartments are located in the village of Agios Nikitas, walking distance from the beach and the shops. They are 3 modern apartments for up to 5 persons. In each apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, open plan kitchen, modern bathroom, sitting area with a sofa which converts into a bed, LCD TV, A/C. Large pool, free WiFi and parking. Villa Semipuella apartments are located in the village of Agios Nikitas, only walking distance from the beach and the local tavernas and shops. They are newly renovated, fully equipped apartments accommodating 2 - 5 persons. In total there are three apartments from which the larger apartment called Medusa is situated on the first floor (size 50 square meters, fully renovated in 2022 with a private jacuzzi on the balcony) and two smaller apartments on the ground floor (apartments Euryale and Stheno, fully rebuild in 2014 and partly renovated in 2023). In apartment Stheno there is a bedroom with a double bed, modern bathroom with shower and open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a full size cooker and fridge. The sitting/dining area has got a sofa which converts very easily into a single bed and a flat screen TV. WiFi free of charge is also provided. The fully air conditioned apartment is situated on the ground floor and has got a patio with furniture. Sun beds are also provided. The pool is 7.00m x 4.50m with whirlpool and there is a barbecue situated next to it.
