We enjoyed our few days at Harbourview; it is an oasis in Belize City! Martha’s cafe has delicious food! Neighbourhood feels safe. The hotel grounds are beautiful! Staff are friendly and helpful. A slice of paradise!

A very nice room in a great location. The small resort had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. Staff was friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a wonderful breakfast with a nice view of the ocean.

The grounds are beautiful, the bed comfortable, the room clean, check-in was done after hours because our rental car broke down and they were super accommodating. You probably want ear plugs if you want to sleep past 7ish. There is a minute amount of road noise at night, the birds are very loud in the morning and the owners dog started barking outside our window at about 7:30 in the morning. (We were staying in the historic house.) She did apologize and comp us a massage later that day which bumped up my review. The restaurant food was good and they have gluten free options, but the odd thing is when you order hot tea they usually charge for a refill of hot water. Maybe it's a Belize thing? They have security on site 24 hours and the property is fenced. The water is directly across the street.
