You can't ask for more out of a location, never having to leave the block for food, drink, and essentials! The interior features a cozy living area with tall ceilings, plenty of natural light from the picture window and antique stained glass, freshly painted accent walls, designer furniture, and custom art. For entertainment, you will access a HUGE 65 inch FireTV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO, etc and a soundbar and subwoofer. There's a fully stocked, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, a large island and bar stools. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and free selection of K-cups, all dishware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, and cutlery needed for meal prep, plus a blender and toaster. Down the hall, the primary bedroom features a new designer king size mattress, private entrance with small patio & walkway, in-suite master bath, 55 inch FireTV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc., a ceiling fan, custom wallpaper and artwork. There's even a large gray lounge chair that converts into a twin bed if extra sleeping space is needed! The primary bathroom features a double vanity & sink, custom wallpaper, toilet and bathtub/shower with excellent water pressure! Bedroom # 2 features a freshly painted accent wall, large ceilings, custom wall art, a closet with hangers, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a new designer queen mattress. Bedroom # 3 features freshly painted accent wall, a ceiling fan, custom wall art, a closet with hangers and a dresser, and a new designer queen mattress Bathroom #2 - Is bright, clean, freshly painted, with a fully functional full bathtub/shower with excellent water pressure! There's a washer and dryer in the hallway - free to use, but please supply your own detergent Out back, you'll find a well manicured and fully fenced-in backyard that offers guests privacy and peace in the middle of the city! A fire pit, lounge chairs, hammock, gas grill, and patio dining table allow for great backyard meals and hangs! Cornhole is available April-October upon request! There's a small, private parking lot in the rear of the home for off street parking - accessible via the back alley The front exterior is cute and shaded, with a brand new custom wood gate and fence, landscaped gravel patio, chairs, and a small table. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee!
We recently stayed at this delightful home in Louisville, and it was an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Atrium Brewing and Logan Street Market. The space itself is fantastic - a bright, airy living area with high ceilings and gorgeous natural light, adorned with tasteful art and cozy, designer furniture. The kitchen is great, fully stocked, and modern, making meal prep a breeze. The bedrooms are equally great, especially the primary with its luxurious king-size bed and private bath. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Wade and Drew had great communication. Every detail in this house speaks of comfort and style, from the efficient washer/dryer to the serene outdoor patios. Plus, having off-street parking was a huge bonus. This property is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend it.
Loved staying here—everything was great! The house was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the house felt safe and private. It was a great location with Logan Street Market (coffee and food) and Atrium Brewing both within a quick walk. I would definitely stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the perfect home for our family get away over the holiday. The tall ceilings and windows truly make it feel like the “bright and modern cottage” they call it. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance or a short drive. Pet friendly was a big plus for us. We had no issues that required assistance from Wade & Drew during our stay but the few messages we exchanged after the stay makes us confident that they would have responded in a friendly and timely manner.
Located in the Shelby Park neighborhood, sandwiched between Old Louisville and Germantown, minutes from the Highlands neighborhood and Downtown Louisville. Many new local restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. Less than 5 miles from Churchill Downs, Expo Center, and Convention Center. Nearby Shelby Park features walking paths, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.
There are several TARC bus stops around the home that provide access to Louisville's public transportation system. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also active in the area, even late at night. So much to eat, drink, see, do withing walking distance.
