small basic clean unit with minimal kitchen equipment. ok for 1-2 persons and 1-3 days. fitness room not air-conditioned, 38 degrees celsius. as clearly stated in description, very loud. extremely loud traffic noise 24/7, no soundproofing (we heard dogs barking, and the unit is in the 30th floor). noisy neighbors leave doorscto corridor open so you hear tv! music! smell cooking etc. check in very formal, be sure to obtain qr codes for every single person in advance. communication with host was without problems. location between airport and old town! convenient but one cannot walk anywhere.
Kind and easy to talk to 😊. Very responsive to questions, no problem during our stay at the place. The location was great because it was close to everything, especially to the places we wanted to visit. We also saved money because there is a washing machine in the unit. What I liked the most was the Balcony, especially at night the view was beautiful and accompanied by a beautiful song, lakas maka senti😍. I highly recommend Robie's Place 😊.

Being in the heart of the city of Manila, noise from cars passing by and ambulance sirens may be inevitably experienced since the location is near the hospital (Ospital ng Maynila). Regardless, you will still get a great scenic view of Manila Bay.
As the guard allows you to enter the building, you will see the front-desk where you can ask inquiries and a lobby area where you can sit, wait, and relax. As given in the requirements, any valid ID is required to be sent to the host beforehand to generate QR code for registration, that is to be sent by the host and presented to the front-desk upon entry.
Further, upon receiving the access card either from the host or through the mailbox, it can be tapped on the proximity sensor in the elevator. Wait until it turns green before pressing the number of the desired floor.
The pool area is located at the 8th floor of the building. As soon as you go out of the elevator to the pool area, to your right side, a staircase will be seen leading towards the gym area. Additionally, a payed parking is located at the Aloha Hotel near the building.
