hotel is nice enough and matches description as advertised. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. the room was above the lobby and faced both the pool courtyard and street. So, it was really loud at any time of day. However, at night was the worst. To the point that it was nearly impossible to sleep. I did reach out to desk both nights of my stay. The first night they responded and turned music down, the second night, no one responded. It is off season -- there is no reason for music to be blaring in the lobby and out at the pool area until 10PM (or probably at all). There were also really noisy guests at the firepits after 11PM. As a courtesy to other guests, there really should be a policy about quiet hours (and it should be enforced). there is a cute (but pricy) coffee bar across the property. Desk staff at check-in was nice. At check-out, they could barely eek out a thank you, which was a bit disappointing. I might stay there again, if I could be assured a quieter room.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! I was surprised that it actually looked better than the photos. I would highly recommend the GreenPorter to anyone visiting the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking lot. Front desk is not manned all the time so when advised in house details to advise desk if we wanted cleaning or towels, I had to call the number provided. I did and no one answered so I left a message. Over an hour later while touring a nearby island, I received two calls about 30 minutes apart each asking about each item we left on message : - bathroom doorknobs loose and we didn’t want to get locked in - mold on bathroom ceiling - carpet had not been thoroughly vaccuumed (we had to request since done but not effectively. TWICE) The idea of phoning someone might work if someone answered. But the current setup is ineffective. All in all, a place to sleep. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use. AC worked well. Small fridge was a nice extra for leftovers. But very glad I shopped the rate on the apps.
