Nestling on the edge of the picturesque Montauban countryside, this sumptuous 17th century residence of 500m2 comprises 6 private bedrooms on the first floor, 2 large shared bathrooms and the ground floor as a communal area. Ground floor: a convivial space to share You'll find a 17m2 kitchen fully equipped for preparing memorable feasts. Nearby, the spacious 30m2 dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. The large 50m2 lounge is the perfect place to relax and socialise. The 35-square-metre billiards room adds a touch of entertainment, while the 20m2 TV/music room with its 100-inch screen and Bluetooth audio system meets the expectations of entertainment fans and music lovers alike. An outdoor paradise to share The charm continues outside, where a vast 200m2 terrace equipped with outdoor furniture offers a picturesque view of the surrounding parkland. Je tiens d’abord à remercier l’hôte, le séjour était génial, hôte sympathique, à l’écoute et réactif, pour un logement garanti 100% qualité/prix selon moi, tout l’équipement dont nous pourrions avoir besoins est à disposition et ce jusqu’aux jeux de jardin ! Pour vous dire à quel point le logement est complet en terme de fonctionnalité, qu’à la fin du séjour j’ai eu beau chercher je n’ai pas trouvé de defaults ! Si j’ai l’occasion de revenir dans le secteur vous pouvez être sûr que je reviendrais loué ce bien ! 💪🏻
