Our host was very friendly and the place was neat and clean. Very cozy. Due to the lousy weather we didn’t get to fish as much as we would if liked. But we did catch two large mouth bass in the channel. I would recommend it to anyone. Would come back again sometime.

The cabin itself and extra amenities such as kayaks, paddle boards, and floating pads were amazing. Our one complaint was the level of rules that made us apprehensive to every truly get comfortable in the space. We were always checking the rules to make sure we weren’t doing anything “wrong”. When leaving there are also required “chores”, which are not unreasonable, but we were so nervous we would do something wrong and be charged extra. You do have to sign a separate waver outside of AirBNB and write out your credit card information, which made me feel uncomfortable. It’s important to understand this is a cabin rental that exists outside of AirBNB, which is why there is a separate agreement—so that’s understandable. Lastly, the one bathroom is tiny, especially the shower. As someone who is quite big (6’3” 240 lbs), showering was not the easiest. I think knowing things going into your stay, you will LOVE the actual cabin, location, and amenities!
