Nice stay, area was a little bit run down with quite a bit of rubbish everywhere. However not the owners fault at all. Apartment itself was lovely. Thanks for the stay

Great place. Shows what’s promised on the website. Peaceful and private. Walkable distance to shopping centre and public transport. Would definitely recommend.

after I checked out Phoebe tried charging me for things that I did not do, says I broke the tv which unfortunately for me I did not turn on once while I was there, so now is trying to charge me for it, the 1st email she sent asked for $500 then sent another asking for $700 but in the same email says the technician needs to confirm the price, also wanted to charge me for other things then when I asked for photos she backtracked & said the they were ok now, overall I found that Phoebe was just out to try & get every cent possible out of you to the point of lying to line her pocket. will never stay there again. there are so many other b&b that are much nicer!
