Damian and Shakira place was clean, quiet and just like the photos! Rooms were spacious and served us quite well for our weekend stay! The only thing is you MUST use gooogle maps to find the location. I’ll recommend this AIRBNB to anyone visiting Ochi as we were close to all festivities for the independence weekend.

The place was ok, my issues were: Ants in the bed even after cleaning it - I would leave n come back n the ants were back. The yard was not properly maintain. We spent more than 2 night and there was only one trash bag so we had to be going back and forth outside for disposal

The home is newly built and beautiful inside and out. The home was clean and smelt good. There were just a few concerns regarding insects including; ants all over the interior of the home, spiders and water bugs. I really wish the place could have been sprayed once this issue was raised with the owner so that we did not have to endure the inconvenience. The outside trash can was also littered with maggots and trash that was soaked in rain water. Aside from these issues the home was a nice place to stay just needs to be managed a little more closely because issues like the ones listed above is an added stressor that most people do not want to encounter when on vacation.
