Palermo is one of the most charming areas of the city, full of green spaces and stunning sunsets along the waterfront. Bustling with life, with people engaging in sports, socializing, and enjoying a vibrant cultural scene. You'll find numerous bars and restaurants nearby, along with 24-hour services available. It's a very bright 4th-floor apartment with windows in all spaces. The living room and kitchen are integrated with an island and barstools, a breakfast nook with air conditioning, and a highly efficient wood-burning stove. From the living room, you can access a terrace with a grill and a view of downtown Montevideo. The apartment is rented furnished, including appliances and furniture. If you wish to remove any of them, we can discuss it. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, and cookware. The bathroom is also fully equipped, with excellent quality fixtures and a spacious shower with good water pressure. Additionally, there is a washer and drying space on the terrace. There is a laundry service 3 blocks away with excellent prices and delivery (I can provide you with this information). The apartment has many plants that can stay or go, depending on the tenant and a conversation to evaluate and get to know each other. They are an essential part of the house but require some care and love, like all life. The cat is not included :) The price is negotiable for rentals of 5-6 consecutive months. I want to emphasize that the house is decorated with artworks from local artist friends and objects and furniture that have great personal meaning to me. Therefore, if you want to keep the apartment exactly as it appears in the photos, we will need to agree on certain fees in case of damage or neglect to these objects or furniture.
