Super laid back vibe and friendly people- I loved staying here. It was the perfect location for me and I would definitely stay here again. The views from the restaurant are incredible- drinking my coffee and getting some work done/journaling with that view was the best way to start my day.

Possibly the worst hostel stay I had. Very disappointing! The photos didn’t tally w how the place/room look like irl. I was shocked when the staff opened the door to the room - it was dirty & messy. The hot water in the shower only lasted for 2 seconds. I was surprised that the staff were sleeping in the same dorm too. I didn’t have clean bedsheets, no pillow, no blanket, no towel. I started itching the moment I climbed into bed and woke up many times throughout the night scratching. The room was stuffy and didnt have ventilation & other men in the room were snoring. Its the worst night I’ve had in months of traveling. When I got up, I was shocked to find big swollen itchy welts (hives) all over my arms, legs, forehead, back…my entire body and worsened throughout the day. The bed was def not clean. I found 3 bites on my arm, foot and thigh (not bed bugs). Even after anti histamine injection and pill, my hives lasted for 5 days. I got a refund but the experience wasnt what I expected );

beautiful, cozy and comfy spot. beds were super comfy, it was quiet, clean and the bathroom was great.

Clean & comfy bed in an 8-bed dorm. The permaculture farm is tranquil and the on-site restaurant has a pretty view of the lake in the distance. Lay on a hammock and watch hummingbirds flit amongst the flowers with kids & dogs running around. Bring your own towel & toiletries and leave the valuables at home since there's no locks. Unfortunately no hot water in the shower, but pretty common around the area.
