We had a wonderful stay at this clean and cozy home! The owner was very considerate and turned on the air conditioning before our check-in, making the house comfortable right from the start. Wiwi also very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation!

This is a clean 2-bedroom apartment in a newer building. The AC worked very well and it was really nice to have some snacks and bottled water provided. The location is convenient- less than 5 minutes to the mall. Definitely a good choice in Batam.

Our condo is located opposite Nagoya City Walk
Upon walking out of the condo:
- towards the left hand side have a lot of day activities, there ate coffee shop, retail outlets, wet markets, Nagoya Food Court and breakfast shops
- Nagoya Food Court is crowded at night, with at least 80 stalls
- Towards the right hand side, there are many night life options, there are dinners, Acia grilled fish & KTV
